About Paul Bent
Paul Bent is a California attorney who advises and represents clients in all areas of business,
finance, transactions, contracts, and ventures.
He has been licensed to practice law for more than 40 years
and has personally participated (as a lawyer and an investment
banker) in nearly $3 billion in equipment leases, corporate
financings, and many other kinds of business transactions
and ventures.
Paul is a graduate of UCLA (with honors in mathematics and computer science) and of
Southwestern University School of Law (where he served as an editor of the Southwestern
University Law Review). He is an active member of several professional organizations
in Long Beach, California, where his offices are located.
